Step 1: Buyer makes a deposit to secure the property.
Step 2: Buyer signs closing documents (They will be sent securely and electronically to the buyer usually within 48 hours after a deposit is made).
Step 3: Once the Buyer makes all the payments, we transfer the property deed to the buyer.
Yes, while you can gather information about a property online, we strongly recommend that every buyer inspects the property and conducts thorough due diligence before entering into a purchase contract.
